I mentioned about body wrap treatment on my previous post, if ever you are here in Singapore, try to visit Afond Spa House. I personally love their packages, very cost-effective, staff are friendly and well-mannered and their therapists are so gentle and polite. As a matter of fact, my husband and I, are one of their regular couple customers, we even bought a package that is consumable for a year.

We all live busy lives and we owe it to ourselves to at least pamper our body and spirit into these heavenly indulgences once in awhile. And its also a way of reconnecting for couples, a sort-of honeymoon feeling, which hectic schedules take away every single day.

I would recommend Afond Spa. They are located just outside the Outram Park MRT station, you have to take Exit H. They also have Spa house in Holland Village.
